Technology these days never seems to surprise our younger generation who came into the world pretty unaware of how life was without the latest smartphone, computer or even car. I’m one of them. You can try to imagine it, but life as it is in the 21st Century seems to have no technological boundaries when it comes to electronic gadgets.
I remember getting frustrating when trying to teach my grandmother how to send a simple text message, or even setting up a Facebook account for my Mum (who’s now an addict btw) while she posed numerous questions.
I came across the “virtual keyboard” idea a few years back, before the iPhone and iPad releases and kind of saw it as a pointless creation.
I am now an Apple gadget lover, and after having seen the latest virtual keyboard advertised I feel I NEED one.
This bluetooth operated device projects a laser-generated full-size keyboard onto any opaque, flat surface. It’s optical sensor recognizes keystrokes and detects finger placement across the keyboard, providing an instant alternative typing method for any iPhone, iPad or smartphone.
Who wants one ?!
