Everybody knows the “Sun”- and of course everybody knows its page 3 girl, a young lady presenting herself in the best light. Everyday, the readers can gaze at another beauty. In a nice spot, the “Sun” advertises with one of those page 3 girls. It is modelled on an Old Spice commercial spot with Isaiah Mustafa which already is legendary on the internet.

In the following Hahn beer commercial, it is made clear that the protagonist enjoys the company of the girl of his dreams. That does not mean that other things were not a little more important…The video begins in a very classical way with the happy couple in the gondola, the beautiful woman sipping her champaign- and everything is fine. But strangely, her companion has the idea to start fishing in the boat.

BMW and Apple have cooporeted for a while already. So, it is not surprising that they now show their cooperation with a viral spot. The video advertises integration kits for iPhones and iPads sold by BMW. This way every Apple user can make use of his mobile device in a BMW without having any discomfort. The spot shows what happens when not making use of such a kit.

Amnesty International: Spot against death penalty

In most countries, death penalty has been abolished long ago. Nevertheless, there are still countries implementing death penalty based on previous capital crimes. The world-famous human rights organisation Amnesty International advocates for the abolition of death penalty. To attract more interest, the organisation has made a video that deals with this topic in a creative way.

Chocolate and alcohol can add up to a very delightful composition. Filled chocolate compounds the somewhat bitter taste of the alcohol with the sweetness of the chocolate. “L`universe de Chocolat” offers chocolates with Whisky, which- of course- are not ment for children. This fact quickly was adopted as the topical peg for their promotional campaign which was developed by a Brazilian advertising agency.

The internet is not only a medium of information. It is also the biggest online dating platform in the world. The agency Haye & Partner has developed a very funny commercial campaign for a German single site. The advertisement shows a launderette with only one sock in the washer drum  labelled with the question “single sock?” and the logo of the appropriate website “neu.de”. There are many references online to this campaign so it works on two levels.

Advertisements show very futuristic hire cars to which the appropriate slogans are added. Despite the dates which lie far ahead in the future, the new objects and the fictional global money are especially interesting.
