DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 is an internationally accepted standard used to sustainably verify the quality management of corporations and to optimise it.

The objective is to arrive at consistent quality pursuant to customer requirements. In this 
context, existing operating processes and quality standards are being reviewed 
to uncover improvement and rationalization potential and to implement it when possible. 

In obtaining this certification, our main goal was to make our processes even more efficient 
and transparent in order to increase our employees‘ awareness of quality management. 
Ultimately, the aim was to increase our customer satisfaction levels. 
As a result of the ISO standard certification, we were able to attain substantial improvements 
in disciplines such as quotations, order processing, product quality, logistics and E commerce.
